The report concluded that the Assad regime was responsible for using chemical weapons in an airstrike that hit the city of Saraqib on the evening of February 4, 2018.   <br\/><br\/>The organization headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands, released the second report by its investigating team charged with identifying the entities that used chemical weapons in Syria. This report held the Syrian regime&#8217;s army responsible for the use of these prohibited weapons<br\/><br\/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The organization&#8217;s report pursued investigations by the international team, including interviews with individuals who witnessed the incident from nearby areas. It also involved analyzing samples and residues collected from the chemical attack sites. Additionally, it reviewed symptoms reported by victims and medical staff and examined images and satellite photos as well.    <br\/> The report also involved intensive consultations with a group of experts.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The report also involved intensive consultations with a group of experts.
